The innovation is there. We just aren't getting any money. Novartis is too busy paying 3/4 of a billion dollars in bribery and corruption fines. There's nothing left for R&D.

More outsourcing to India. Yeah, how well did that work out when you did that with IT? Still no laptop after 2 months after calling the help desk. Call back and every time you waste 30 minutes just trying to understand the kid on the other line. Thanks for nothing Novartis.

My friend, we outwork you very much. You must stop eating american fast food as it is eating what little brain cells you have left.

Seriously? Out work in writing crappy programs? Guess your imagination with your brain cells can only reach fast food level. Anything more than that is beyond your comprehension. with all the mighty brain cells, you guys just successfully brought British airline down. Congratulations!

Yea that's because we have to redo all the "work" you idiots do because you have no idea what you're fucking doing. You just recite what's on paper and if it requires an ounce of thought you get confused and decide to not do anything.

Also you sound very jealous of our American fast food. Don't worry I'm sure McDonald's and Taco Bell will soon send over more American jobs to India soon just to have you guys fuck it up.

You are very late to the game here...that WARN notice was posted in May.....and it has been all over the news too.

Also more cuts will come to East Hanover and other areas in September and December as part of this same layoff.

it’s funny that legacy Alcon folks blame NVS for their problems. These chickens were out there for years before the Novartis takeover.
There hasn’t been a significant level of capitol investment in the manufacturing facilities in years. Look for yourself, HWV - all manual Operations. APL - a joke, not one process has been automated in years. Irvine is fraught with vendor issues and a design compliance problems. This wasn’t Novartis, this was the peo0le who decided not to invest in either automation or compliance.
