Who are "these people?" And what can they do about it? Nobody likes to get screwed over, but people makes selfish decisions that affect others.

I actually believe that Papa will turn Valeant around. He has a new super cfo that has skills. They will get things back on track. Small legal setbacks of several billion can be managed. Like papa said, a lot of noise has been out there.

WHY IS MIKE PEARSON NOT IN JAIL?

WHY IS THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT NOT CHARGED MIKE PEARSON FOR WHAT HE DID TO VALEANT?

DID MIKE PEARSON PAY OFF OTHER MEMBERS OF MANAGEMENT TO TAKE THE FALL FOR HIS ACTIONS, DECISIONS, AND BEHAVIORS?

WHY IS MIKE PEARSON ALLOWED TO SKATE ON ALL THE MESS VALEANT IS IN?
    WHAT IS MIKE PEARSON ALIVE?

What are the specific charges against him?
What did he do to Valeant that was considered illegal?
He didn't pay anyone off, the board blamed everyone for the debacle.
Mr. Pearson was fired from his CEO position, so he wasn't allowed to skate.
Mr. Pearson is still very much alive. He has a lot of money, going through a divorce and partying like it's 1999 at your expense.

Big Pharma is a sales and marketing business.

Valeant paid its CEO $62mm in 2016.

Valeant is cutting sales and marketing to the bone- marketing managers can't get $10,000 to do vital programs.

You tell me where the company is going.

This industry is all about $$$. People's livelihood comes in second. MP mentioned that and people hated him for it but it's the truth.

MP was all about the $$$, hence his down fall. Agreed that he didn't care about the common folk, said as much in a town hall meeting around the Medicis acquisition. Basically, said that if you didn't like working here, we will find someone who will, so stop bitching and get back to work, otherwise leave.

Do we have an insurance policy that will cover 2-4 Billion in liabilities? Fcf can't do it.

No worries, we have a genius CFO who will kick the can further down the road.

All companies have insurance. Depending on the type that we got. Go ask Elizabeth Zimmerman.

I just don't know even with insurance how we pay 4 billion in settlements. Does insurance cover executives being corrupt? Hopefully that's in the fine print.

There's something called D&O coverage, but there should be limits. However, it may be hard to distinguish corrupt and inept, in this case. Valeant ain't Enron.

The Pearson litigation is all kinds of crazy. On one hand he is a named defendant and supposed to be protecting the interests of Valeant in a couple of cases. On the other, he is the plaintiff suing the same company that he is a defendant of. Why don't we cut his legal defense that we are providing him and let him figure it out?

It's Papa that has the say on this. Let's trust his judgement.
