I know of several people being dismissed by the company today. TSMs and CSSs. From the info I've gathered it seems like every RBM was instructed to fire their worst performing territory.
we are in cost cutting, not a growth mode. Company wants to show positive numbers by reducing head count. I just hope we don't start bouncing checks.
No checks will bounce. The recent reductions of low performers will assure this. They were given a lemon and couldn't make lemonade. TT said Territory size and Geography weren't a factor.
