Valeant has finally turned a corner

    managment has made all right decisions to put valeant on the good footing for the long haul

    How is company going to pay for all of their lawsuits? Billions worth. Fcf can't do it.

    the imaginary law suits.... its been 2 yrs now pal.....federal investigations went no where just like any sane person predicted. it aint illegal to raise drug price.

    No it isn't. But it is illegal to subsidize federal patients, which Valeant essentially did by flipping them to cash for a zero copay and then slowly increased it, and also by gauging price on rarer diseases and buying back copays from federal patients through PAP or foundation donations.

    . They also shadow owned a specialty pharmacy that only dispensed their drugs.. that also started to acquire other pharmacies as a way of leveraging their state license to dispense across geographies where they ordinally wouldn't be able to (even started dispensing before deals were closed which is how they got outed)

    Keep drinking the coolaid and going to Joe's highly informative town hall meetings....

    Is this based on the recent bump in stock price? Of course, they'll try to say the right things, but the financial bar was set pretty low and the stock price pretty depressed. It's still trading near its low, and not near the 268 all time high. Reading between the lines, they have kicked the debt can down the road, they're still having troubles getting good value for assets up for sale, no mention of lawsuits, and more balance sheet manipulation. Their assets are still way overvalued, needs another impairment.

    The company is far away from being out of the woods. More shoes to drop soon!
