One of the internal DSM's has never worked a day in his life. He will not ride with his reps but will make them do 30 page power points on a monthly basis. He simply takes all of their work, compiles it and feeds it up stream as his own. There has not been a decent DSM at AZ for over a decade. All they do is push information down or push information up. None of them has any authority or balls to make a decision on their own. They are drones as much as we are. Sad days.

Truer words have never been uttered. And those that did make decisions on their own or had the balls to challenge brand strategy or decisions that didn't make sense for their team are no longer here. Brand fed, brand led. Now shut up and do what we tell you.

Hey managers, stop w the harassing calls to pitch your third rate me too unapproved drug. Go back to your desk and fairy tale recruiting spreadsheets. The too good to be true story is just that and the pipeline is.......well, in the shitter.
    Regards,
    GSK,

One of the external hires is from Teva, he is a real head case, CM, and thinks he is above everyone else. use caution working for this nut job.

AZ managers need to have reps send to them information on what's going on with the numbers because the CBD's and Managers haven't a flipping clue on what the number do...

DO NOT WORK FOR THE FL MANAGER! Trouble in the history, check it out in detail before you venture down this path, use caution.

How do you propose we check it out? Maybe ask HR to show you the records?!

She is mean, had several internal candidates at gsk biologics that wouldn't apply for biologics jobs because she was hiring manager.

No, there are 2 in FL and neither of them came from GSK.

It's the IL mgr, former GSK, plays favorites, verbal beat down, no one on her former team is running to AZ to work for her.

word on the street is that the product has long term safety issues, no thanks, AZ has a history of hiring for spots and then dumping folks when it does not work out.
