8 DMs are out! Including Dave C and Chris S. All territories doing less than 38 a week. please tell me you all saw this coming???? Horizon cares was obviously not going to last forever and docs aren't stupid. Well, I guess in Houston they are.... lol
The territories doing 38 or less a week is a rumor . I was let go and made goal every quarter and was averaging 80 a week .
T Had. and G Harv. are gone. The metrics on the laid off reps were basically this: do they generate enough revenue in RXs to cover their salary, expenses, etc plus a 20% surplus in their total margins. If not- then they were cut. The next round will be the same but they will have to be at 40% marginal surplus. Polish up your resumes. The OIG is about to show up.

Thank goodness Horizon waited for the top place award before the layoffs. Well played, Horizon. Maybe consider not paying for people to fly to their jobs at the home office every week and for overnighting useless marketing material to reps.
How many reps are selling the Primary Care products like Duexis?.. Seems like alot of overlap in territories.
