Does anyone have information about why they went back, looked at any previous violations, speeding tickets, camera tickets, moving violations, etc, assigned more points for stuff that happened over a year ago? Does Merck want us so nervous and paranoid that we don't even drive our cars anymore? Because that's what will happen. Over ten points on the CSE/Wheels system you can be terminated. This is not fair? Has Merck had to pay out millions because a rep was killed or killed another driver?

Not sure, but if a meteor hits your car the collision is considered your fault.

Schmerk is a fuck-pool of do nothing pieces of shit. Get it through your head. Its a fucking terrible place to work. And you'll only discover that when you leave and learn of much better run companies out there that treat you fairly. The morale is fucking in the tank. The managers are shit-pieces of crap. The middle management sucks ass. The upper management sucks even bigger ass. Nothing will ever change, except more cuts coming in the very near future from what I understand. This is excellent news as i hope all you merck arrogance clowns lose their jobs.

Agree with poster on 99%...... not sure about sales force reductions. Mother is making Billions on very slender sales force. Definitely not bloated in the field, but like post says...... Management SUCKS!! As far as point system goes, it's just another way of exercising control

Seriously dude...only those who MISS Mother Merck come back to complain about how "terrible" it was. We all have YOUR number.... If you are treated so fairly elsewhere, go be happy!!!! Your type is soooo predictable. Misery loves company... and there is no misery here.
