Way to go Sunovion

    Sabina has driven numerous people out of the company and Tyra is one of them. My experience as a TS and exposure through our training managers has been less than favorable. Not quite sure how she is still employed.

    She and Rick will continue to drive people out of that department. It won't be the same now that Mike and Tyra are gone.

    This is complete bullshit that her position wasn't posted. How is this okay. Phil cannot come close to filling Tyra's role. It's a sad day when we lost her

    This should never have happened. Positions need to be posted and everyone needs the opportunity to interview. Sabina shouldn't have the ability to do whatever she pleases. She's already driven out tremendous talent with her lack of leadership and now she's moved one of her misfit toys over to take Tyra's role. It's going to be a disaster and the program just lost momentum. Where was HR in all of this. Hugely disappointed

    What is it going to take for everyone to see that Sabine needs to be shown the door. I have never understood the value she brings to that team or the organization. Please bring Tyra back or let Rick finally run the show. We would be in much better hands. She needs to go.

    i am not coming back to Sunovion. I love it at Alkermes. More of you should start posting for positions at Alkermes and join me. Best of luck to all of my old friends. Hope to see some of you soon!

    Funny shit. Somebody knows tyra well but I don't think she's going to hire any of the idiots that post on CF. I know she is missed

    That department needs a complete face lift. Sabine's only goal is to look good to the company and show survey results and metrics that enhance her image. This is the only training department that doesn't focus on the people and what's best for their development. If it doesn't maid her look good she's not doing it. This is why the best people in that department have all left. Self serving focus and no one seems to care. We would have great people coming in house to train if the leadership and focus was not self serving. It's at an all time low

    Sounds like somebody isn't very happy with their decision to move to Marlboro. Training isn't everything you thought it would be. We tried to warn you. Come back to the field where it's not do dysfunctional
