    Dear Bruce,
Thanks for joining Merck Oncology, happy you are here, hope you make some needed changes. Some think Merck Oncology is a sinking ship? Heard a few of your reps quit last week. People are leaving around the nation. Too many reps, too many restrictions. PLS raise the oncology salaries. Be more competitive. Make some changes and take some risks.

Merck Oncology now allows for a four day work week since they are now 3 up in a territory with an Emend overlay, an OSKAM, a Nurse Educator, a Reimbursement Associate, a Reimbursement Manager, a CTL, IDS, an OMAD, an HSOMAD, an NAE , a specialist in bio-marker testing, a DCO, a field trainer and a group of marketing talking heads that always want to tag along in the field because they can't stand to be around the leadership morons. Did I get all the stakeholders who want to glad hand all the customers?... Those customers who don't really even want to see one rep..... Oh shit, I forgot Managed Care pajama champions...

Merck should feel fortunate to have Bruce leading the Oncology Sales Team, an amazing leader, all about accountability, execution, and sales REWARDS AND RECOGNITION are inherit skills, works to understand his people and takes time to connect and know about their families. Had the pleasure to have worked for him, and he is all about business ownership at the field sales level, can be candid, transparent and fosters an environment of challenge bringing new ideas,.. with a product like Keytruda,, he will instill strategic account management and grow sales and the individuals that deliver!!! You are so lucky my advise listen to his vision and just go out and deliver positive customer experience !! He's great at removing barriers. I would follow Bruce great leader

Nevermind, it's just Judy N. sucking up again, trying to get ahead. Cares nothing for her people, just herself and her career. She's stab her mother to move up. WAAAAAY out of her league here, and knows it. Desperate to go!

Bruce will change nothing that increases efficiency here because he isn't at the level necessary to do so. Antiquated and unnecessary Merck policies will continue to rule the day, and ruin the company.

Agree with the last post. The bureaucracy at Merck is just stifling! It makes it so difficult to compete. Good luck to Bruce in making any progress here. I'm looking and will jump ship if it doesn't get better.
