Pricing adjustments, with the coming reimbursement reductions

    I think everyone accepts that significant reimbursement cuts are coming; in particular, to the L-coded DME orthopedic genre.

    Whether it's Jan, '18 or Jan '19, it's coming. DJO is a market leader, so they certainly must have a plan for this. If BCBS reimbursement for an L1852 is slashed in half, you're looking at $300 reimbursement...for an item that DJO sells north of $350.

    Is there a plan in place?

    Yes. A plan to lose more money. Maybe the layoffs aren't over.
