It has to be with all the moronic decisions being made/lack of funding/changes to everything/total lack of care about customers/unresponsiveness. Even the companies I worked for that were bought were never this inattentive to the clients after the ink dried. Crazy. Thoughts?
The leadership just doesn't get it. They got lucky with the BC test and try and hang their hat on successes there. Unfortunately almost none of the leadership has any real selling experience. Doomed.
