Predict 2016 year end results

    Well MZ and the crew met the 10% goal for 2015 saving their skin even though they dropped their pants to sell all those platforms.

    So let's predict 2016 results shall we?

    1) New Hire sales effectiveness. MZ admitted she was not happy with 89% for 2015 and I'm sure D and R are under the gun to train up all the GI Joe's. I'll predict an even lower number this year: 86%

    2) Retention was up for 2015 but I do not remember the exact figure so I'll go with 82%. MZ and crew are not starting off so hot. Have heard several people have left already to include the #1 district manager and #3 I think csc. I'll say retention takes a huge hit this year and settled at 70%.

    3) 10% growth. We won't even sniff this one. I'll go 4%.

    4). Total CSC that end up over 110% to hit accelerator. Not many hit it in 2015 and with the change in bases for established vs. expansion I'll predict 0. That's right nada. No one will end year over 110%

    5). Quest. Ahh the big gorilla in the room that they skimmed over at the NSM. Rumors and only rumors are they are not happy we brought on LC and that MZ pulled so many former colleagues. Hycorp is rumored to have a new platform out this year that is more advanced than ICAP. I'll go 51/49 that quest resigns but would not be surprised if the do not. They did make a large investment of machines at end of 2015.

    Oh this is fun:


    1) New Hire sales effectiveness. 82%

    2) Retention 65%. Avalanche of reps getting ready to leave.

    3) 4% is way to high. Ill go 2%.

    4). Total CSC that end up over 110%: 0

    5). Quest: They get em.

    Ill add one. Over under on MZ cronies that get promoted into new positions. And yes TB and KM already counts towards number. Ill say 4. I have it on good authority that one of the bottom ranked managers B who has ties to upper mgmt. BG and JM will soon be moved out of DM role to save face.

    I have to wonder how a company can honestly look at the following business plan and think it will be a success:

    Step 1: Run off all the founding sales force of Phadia that built this thing up, and hire 26 year old white male military veterans with ZERO sales experience.

    Step 2: Invest 100k into a patronizing selling system (pss) that doesn't work in the field, and turns everyone in to robots.

    Step 3: Champaign toast at the national sales meeting after showing everyone how the sales force didn't meet their numbers, the new hires were shitty, and how they had to drop their pants to hit the "10%" goal. Oh by the way no mention of the med groups, and look how many people hit that amazing "collaboration bonus"??

    Step 4: Go back to focusing on the top 20 accounts after telling all the old Phadia people that that was a flawed business model 3 years ago hoping no one will call them out on it.

    If MZ wants "military" and "millennials" than that's what she'll get. I personally know that this is just the beginning of the Gen X mass exodus. Those that are wise enough to see what is happening are "Ghost like Swayze." The sad thing about it is I feel a part of them doesn't even care....

    Here's a prediction for 2016:

    1. It's determined that SCA sounds really cool but a BS idea.
    2. Med Group as a whole is a failed project.
    3. Created positions like PM and TB bring no value.
    4. The 4I's are Fraud
    5. MZ is Bruce Jenner's brother.
    6. The turnover rate is the highest in the history of the division.
    7. CSCs wake up to the fraudulent carrots being waved like collaboration bonus and development.
    8. Upper Management reverses everything and goes back to a way of success from 3 years ago. Oh wait they are already doing that (Top 20 focus)...nevermind, their ego's will never allow them to admit failures.
    9. Doctors hate the PSS model.
    10. Just because you can march and carry a gun doesn't mean you can sell.
    11. There will be more internal promotions on jobs that will be created and not posted.
