How do people like her survive the industry? Why doesn't upper management realize that this is not a military operation. You can't treat people like $hit., and hope to have great results and successful sales. When people are not happy you get not so happy results.

How do people like her survive? I'll take that one: when a pharmaceutical company sets up diversity initiatives, despite the press clippings and the quotes from stage, it almost always means that they will be pushing women to positions of leadership. Key word? Pushing. I agree that our leadership needed to be more diverse, but come on, now. If she were a Hispanic man, she would've been run out of here a long time ago! But since we have this women in leadership thing, its tough to dump people that are in the wrong position to begin with!

My understanding is that when she came over from AZ she was ready to get canned there. Somehow she got hired on here.

Snowed you too. You didn't work for him. A big baby. "Guys, cafepharma is talking about me. If you have an issue talk to me." Yes that happened.
    Baby.

Yes that happened. He was a bully and a baby and will never know how bad his management style sucked.

He's apparently gone now. How long do we need to kick him? If you hated him, he's not your boss anymore, so you can move on.

I think at least we kick him another month.

This is a great reminder of how mediocrity moves up. higher ups missed the boat. He was promoted, won vision awards, and most of us didn't get it.

    Whatever. Good riddance.

The way this company is don't worry there will be 10 others to take his place. Nobody has any idea how his district suffered. He would cloak it with pseudo care and concern, he had everyone fooled.

Again, he's gone. What good does it do anyone to continue to drag him through the mud? You've gotten what you wanted - he isn't your boss anymore. Nothing is going to change that, so I'm not sure why people feel obligated to say negative things about someone who is no longer in a position to have any influence over you in any way. Move on.

Its called 'venting frustration'. If you've suffered for a long time under someone, once they are gone you express your profound joy.

I didn't realize expressing "profound joy" involved insulting others and getting in verbal spats on CP. You have a really funny way of showing how happy you are.

Why do we keep wanting bad things to happen to one another? The manager loses his job, and now you want 3 more people to lose theirs as well? What the fuck is wrong with people? Why are we constantly wishing bad shit on everyone else? Life's too short to have so much bottled up hate.

The reps did him in. Can't you see why someone may not want them around anymore?

They're gonna enjoy those new 8-5 ride alongs once a month

Unless you are him, how do you know it wasn't 100% justified? Just because your reps turn you in doesn't mean that it's all BS.

Regardless, does that make it all better if he gets fired and then a witch hunt ensues and others get fired as well? Are we all super happy at that point because 4 (or more) people lost their jobs? There's nothing but negativity towards others on this site - not sure why you want to suck others down into whatever bad place you're in. Let it go and move on as opposed to looking at it from the outside and feeling like more people should have something bad happen to them.
