Sign that non compete and when they let us go, you can't work in the lab space for a year. Hmm not to friendly, is it.

don't sign anything unless they will pay out in salary with benefits. We walk away from this business the revenue drops to nothing.

So DB "got inebriated" on his what, one drink? Give him a break! I wish he would have slobbered a big fat pile of vomit on your negative face. So you worked for him and stuck it out for the 15 shades of shit. There is not a lab out there that does not have a pile of crap being thrown at them these days. DB grew a great business and you could have got out when the going was good. But instead you blame a very talented person for the lab world changing and you failed to get out.

No, this is not DB or his family. This is a past employee that is thankful for the good times, how much I learned from DB and the big pay checks. It was not always easy and happy but I never once had the time to sit and bash. If I did, it was time to move on. I hope it is you that can find the door.
The door to happiness and stop spending time making up stories about others.

So it is time to close this book and start a new. I have made many life time friends from the early chapters and will forever be grateful to DB . Best of luck to all of you.

Written by DB adopted son NS. He will do anything for a dollar and a couple of hand jobs.
