HUB continues to kill our business. By the time HO fixes it it'll be far too late
Why do we GIVE business away with inept partners?

And a over a year later the problem is worse and no docs flat out say. I will not write coaentyx. Lily does not call and fax my office all day everyday. why would any doc, in good conscience, write for 90% clearance (maybe), when they could write for 100% clearance?
and after ANY interaction with the HUB it seems those who may have once written would stop ✋

 

Agreed. Docs are over the hub calling and faxing all day everyday. Managed care do they even work ever? How are behinds taltz with so many plans?
Nurses hate their jobs and hub is a disaster. How do we recover from this mess?

They aren't needed. All hubs are bad...ask any of your offices. My offices use Modern health sp and have zero issues getting any of the products, including ours, approved. And in about 5 days.

 

Your post shows your inexperience in this space. Getting one on product is the easy part. Adherence and long term therapy is what will make this a block buster. We are failing with patient experience and adherence. Our competitors bull doze over us. Our organization does not have the in-house expertise required to effectively support every aspect of a support program for patients. HQ is filled to brim with ego coupled with no experience. A Recipe for disaster. Aligning commercialization goals with internal resources and experience can be a humbling event. We need to map the patient journey, build a program that supports patients thru education, robust adherence and propels product success, and determine the right distribution strategy to ensure appropriate access. Cosentyx leadership has failed at every turn.
And stating you don't need PSL's is ignorant and disrespectful. They have been saving this brand since launch.

 

Your post shows inexperience. Most offices don't use any of the hubs because they all suck. Ask your offices. A good SP does everything faster and better. As far as compliance they help with that too...but stop using compliance as an excuse as to why your sales suck. Direct your offices towards a good sp- plenty of sp reps out there that probably get back in your tough offices. Hook up with one of them.

 

Rumor is DR is applying for PSL RD For west. should be a shoe in!! She helped save us in California and knows the business

 

There exists more experience, knowledge, and talent in the pinky finger of DR than in the combined body mass of every member of the sr LT. This fact scares those morons and DR won't even be considered for their club of backstabbing, inept foolishness. Because of this, please trust the knowledge that DR will, indeed, NOT be applying for any such role. Sad truth, of course, because that is the only person that could possibly save this program.
