How many are being hired? Will every territory have a contract partner?

They are interviewing contract reps for respiratory drugs. You didn't know that?

June 5 hire date for contract. In the field calling on docs June 26 no contract end date with potential for roll in. Selling Symbicort and Bevespi. Overlap with current reps.

  6. Hiring done through Publicis Touchpoint but new reps will report to the AZ manager. The job has a base just over $60k plus a car. I can give you the name of the recruiter.

One video interview then one face to face with recruiter and AZ mgr then tag you're it.

Such BS. We are already tripping over each other. That's just great, access decreased. But that's ok cause contract reps fake most of their calls or sample drop anyway ergo share of voice goes up.

I take it you don't want a new contract sales force?

Does this mean that your management is going to stick you with a contract sales force and not tell you? Laughing out loud. If that's true, how can you trust the company for anything? Lack of confidence in the current personnel maybe?

Pretty much spot on. Just hope they offer traditional packages and not just a flat 12 weeks regardless of tenure.

    Nice transparency.

Let's face it, contract teams do the same for less!

My understanding is they are back filling vacancies with contract. Even then, it's some territories, not every single one with contract. I don't think there is going to be an entire separate contract Respiratory sales force. BI is doing the same.
