Where are all of the wonderful tools we'd been promised for the last three years that will allow us to differentiate the OKAM role, and foster our account management duties! Guess account management isn't that important after all! Newsflash: It isn't required in this marketplace at this time. But if you had oncology experience, Judy, you'd know that, and not continue to try to pretend it does.

"I'm an expert in account management." That's great Judith, let us know when that translates into sales. You're a proven leader, right? Tell us all about how you increased the bottom line when you led the IDS Pajama-Squad. You produced nothing, because you were accountable for nothing, because account management MEANS nothing. Perfect for your skillset.

Judy N., just another ass-kissing, PC, talking-head promoted well past her level of competency, with a vocabulary that seems to include "fantastic," "pearls," and "ya'll" every other word. Nobody on this team has learned anything from you, because none of us are that stupid. Don't worry, we'll continue to try to help you learn from your mistakes as you stumble around in the dark. We're like your pack of seeing-eye dogs in this market! And you're the anchor around our necks...

Judy is less than useful. She has always been full of promises and empty on delivery. I used to work for her and then with her. Unfortunately, she can talk a great game and impress everyone she interacts with "the ideas she has to improve sales".

yep. Worthless piece of shit. Get rid of her and hire someone who can actually do a good job. #merckisdumb

Couldn't agree more with these posts! Have worked around Judy for years and still waiting to see the substance that has gotten her promoted into various roles. Nice enough person but little impact and has nothing to offer us in Oncology.

agree with #4. Says all the right things but delivers on nothing. Over paid and waste of a salary. Hire someone else who can do a better job.

She's a fake backstabber if there EVER was one. The attrition from her team tells all.

Amazing that it has taken everyone so long to figure Judy out. She brown-noses leadership into liking her then she leverages her minority female status to get promoted. Ask her colleagues and direct reports how we feel, we're still waiting to see her contributions.

If you are waiting for Judy to deliver something...anything, you will be waiting for a long time. She used to be my DM/CTL and she was worthless. She never helped the sales process during field visits and never helped develop us as as professionals. She was always looking out for herself. She is a legend in her own mind. I feel sorry for you if you are working for her or with her currently. She will do nothing!

I'm sorry but with the exception of maybe 2 on the OKAM team the rest should be criticized equally. Overpaid bunch of nothings that have bullshit spewers like Judy and T.C. coaching them to do just that..spew bullshit.

But since this one is about Judy I sure wouldn't want to steal her thunder. She really is a worthless hunk of junk.

The real issue is her first name. If it was a John, Bob or Jim there would not be an issue. It's just another dumb broad who can't manage. Who would ever has guessed?

This person is right on. Yes Judy is worthless however poll the audience and you will see a plethora of votes finger pointing at incompetent managers that cannot wrap their heads around what Oncology even means yet.

If Bruce and Jill want to make a difference start firing all these internal jack in the boxes from PC and Vaccines that STILL don't get it. Hire people with experience, steal them from other companies and more importantly stop hiring from other divisions.

Wow, such a common theme here. She's insincere, clueless, and self-aggrandizing. Well, I'd say that's spot on!

If she wasn't a female minority required to check a box so a VP can make their diversity quota, she'd still be a PC rep.

You've LONG been promoted past your level of competency, Judith. No place to hide now!

"Nice enough?" I'd venture to say that you don't know her "well enough!"

Best part is how she tries to highlight what a wonderful company Merck is when she's never worked anywhere else in her career. How would you know, Judy? This place sucks compared to other oncology companies.

She's like Kevin Bacon in Animal House yelling "All is WELL!!!" to everyone as they bolt for the door. ZERO CREDIBILITY.

Hey Judy, you've been missing a LOT of major company meetings lately! Bruce must've realized you provide ZERO value to the team, and, for that matter, to the oncology organization as a whole. Sure didn't take long for him to do so because it's blatantly obvious you're a TERRIBLE leader! Over a year in oncology, and STILL you know nothing about the business, due to both a lack of effort to learn it, and an unwillingness to get in the field and get your hands dirty. Field work's beneath you, because managing call logs is FAR more important! Now all of a sudden you have this urge to get in the field and "own" customers. Guess a Bruce kicked you out of the nest, huh? Sorry, but it's too late to catch up, and none of us are going to help you! You're already on the gallows with the rope around your neck. You've hung yourself!

We all cannot WAIT for you to be promoted up and out to some obscure position in the PC world, where you can't further screw up the sales of the one viable product we have. Here's to hoping Terry takes over control of the entire team soon!
