PDI aka "hired help" stays at another hotel in Dallas

Thank You Novartis for continuing to blatantly show what you think of the PDI Reps aka "The Hired Help". We get to stay down the street at another hotel and be shuttled to their Hotel for the Novartis Meeting where the Novartis Reps are staying.

I figured that's what would happen. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Could Novartis make it any clearer to PDI that they think we're scum?

 

Sounds right for this contract. Hopefully we'll be excluded from all dinners as well.

 

I also heard that they are having us sign in and out to use the restroom. You're only allowed two pees and one poo every other day. It's just more cost effective. You are allowed to use the porta potty after 5 if you need more poo time. That's nice of them.

 

i also ate the poo out of the janitors arse and drank his pee pee.

 

We will have to stay at Novartis Hotel All Day and not be able to return until we are "transported" back #prisoners#chain- gang. Then mandatory dinners. Seems like this will exceed our 40 hour work week. Overtime??? No respect!

 

You don't get overtime when you are salary. Surprises me that people still don't know that. Legally, you aren't paid overtime until your wage per hour comes out to less than minimum wage if you are a salaried employee.

 

There are only 1600 guest rooms at Hilton Anatole! Now I see how they couldn't accommodate all of us there.....

 

Does anyone know if PDI management is staying at the Anatole?

 

This meeting is sounds like gloom and doom already. Whats with the Thunder dome exercise? Do we have to go on stage and detail the Regional or will it be privately? ABL says we have to study like crazy for the meeting ( on our own time). WTF!!!

 

We were told our ABL cerifies us before some time in july; not at the meeting.

Does sound like hell already.
