I've been doing this for over 10yrs in eye care alone. It's hard for my RD to teach me much especially when I have more experience than they do. They exist, mine is excessively hard to get ahold of.

You already know the answer is I. All that matters is the company has a good product and coverage! If your in Sales and you have a experienced rep that has relationships and the reps numbers are growing year over year. All about relationships!

Clancy is not only useless, she's a crazy b*tch and a liar. I just found out her first 4 - 5 months here she was working another job.

In April shire took away 1/2 of our relationships by splitting NUB into adult and ped territories... Relationships must not be that important

My RD is like having a dead weight in my car. When are we eating? I have to take a call.
    Thank you, come again.
    A joke.

I don't think they bring any real value. I get the same questions about my territory every time my RD rides with me... Really. All the new RD's, hired from outside the organization nwothnin the last 5 years are clueless. The thought of having to listen to criticism when certifying at these NSM's makes my blood boil. A clueless wonder critiquing me, they can't even spell Vyvanse

Totally agree and I'm in the OBU with years of eye care experience, my mgr has ZERO eye care experience. And this idiot makes more than me all to approve exp reports and listen to damn conference calls, wtf? Bring no value to me or my territory, ask my docs stupid questions, never answer my questions about manage care, our benefits, shire policy, etc. could they not find mgrs with eye care experience? Very frustrating!

OBU here. Most feedback I get from my RD is "Where are we eating? " and " I have to leave early for a CC."
    Zero Value. Like a drone.

Every week that goes by I like my RD less and less. He's becoming annoying! He's never available, his comments are never helpful and his emails/texts are becoming robotic and condescending.

    At least you get communication.

My RD is like a big lump of clay.

He acts like he doesn't know wtf is going on, just rides and leaves all his shit in my car.

A real OBU winner with zero eye care experience.
