I wish him the best. He had his faults, just as we all do, but overall a GREAT boss, helped me develop and become much better at my job. Kept us shielded from a lot of the nonsense that comes down from HQ.

Hopefully he has figured out a way to get outta pharma...I'd follow him if I could, but I wasn't one of his "chosen ones" so...

This is great news- by far the most narcissist, self centered person I've ever met in my entire life! And those endless stories....omg.

Anyone know? I'd love to try and follow him. Think lots of people would. The money has dried up here assuming that's why he left.

Never seen so many people leave / looking to leave right before a launch, unheard of. Very telling about how far we've fallen as a company.

The rumor is that J Stonehouse will be his replacement. If that's true, we are screwed.

I am sure the money has nothing to do with it.

This has everything to do with Shire being a complete shit show right now. I love our company, and I can embrace change, in fact, I welcome it. But everything that has been going on in NBU lately has been a mess.

The Ped vs Adult initiative: maybe an okay idea, but the outcome (new territories) in NO WAY represent what this change was intended to. Way too many reps, too many "light" territories, others with ridiculously huge geographies. Massive disruption of customer relationships right before an important launch, many situations where 2 reps cover the same pediatric-only office....

And the OBU initiative: ridiculous metrics, now a ninja rep is also covering the offices, no analytics...I was excited about the opportunity to partner with my OBU counterparts, but as usual, KK has made it crazy and unmanageable

I noticed many OBU reps have left lately and I suspect many NBU reps will be going soon too.

It is UNHEARD of for this many people to be leaving this close to a launch, even if the product is going to be a dog.

What happened to being customer-focused??? This set-up is FAR from that. I'm not mad, I'm SAD

Giod days are gone and all the good people are getting fired or pushed out or let go and KK get demoted! Open your eyes Shire Board and upper management sales people is what makes all the money for all you! What do you do screw it up! You don't listen! You think you know everything! Let me tell you the most important thing is relationships and reps with experience, they have higher salary but they can see a doctor, and the doctor give them time and listen to them! Ding Dong promote me to VP of sales I can get it done! OPEN YOUR EYES!!!

If you think money has nothing to do with it, you're wrong. Everything else you say may be true, but what do you think managers make? bonuses are as important to to them as they are to reps.

Wish it was the Northeast OBU ZD instead. This guy looks like a deer in the headlights at all times. Someone said to me "he's just a deep thinker". Ok, I wish he would let someone know what he's thinking about. Total waste of money but one of the old boys club.

Paul went to Ironshore/Highland Therapeutics to sell Delexis the new adhd med you take at night. It's where Craig Lewis went
