  3. Hmmmm, let me see...

I would love to give up my job where I am home everyday playing solitaire on my computer in Nashville to...

Work with reps day in and day out and have field rides all the time in Memphis, while i still plan on living in Nashville.

Either he was demoted or he has lost his mind!!!! :)

First Stovenour, Then Reed, who is next? Hunter?

  6. Sorry to say, but I think the dominos have all fallen for now.

As for Tony Hunter, I think he is safe. Afterall, a lot of what he has done in the past he told to do by Matt Reed. Not sure if Tony wanted to or not. But nevertheless, you kind of have to do what you are told when you are in his position, that is unless you dont care about being a manager someday.

Well, TH did the dirty work for Matt Reed. I know this because I know how Matt did it. I would use the people below him to just add BS to his case for getting rid of you. He told an old FST one time...

"You know there is always something you can find wrong with a call. No matter what you do, make your report to show all of the bad and not the good." "No matter if the call is good or not, a rep will always not do something." You should make your field ride as painful as possible" ~Matt Reed!!!!

So rather TH is a good guy and just following what he was told or not, remains to be seen. In my eyes, TH probably did what he was told, but should have been more of a standup guy and done the right thing and not fallen for that typical DM Bull Crap!!!

I do know TH made a lot of enemies amongst the reps when he first came on board. But who knows now?

Personally, I would get rid of the entire bunch in Nashville and start over. Just like the Titans have done, time to start over fresh!!! New Head Coach (Brown), New assistant coaches and staff. Bringing Matt Jennings back was a good move. He is a good motivator. Motivate by knowledge rather than fear!!!!

My idea, Brown as RD, Jennings and (Maybe) Vinson as DM's in Nashville. I am afraid DV might have been around MR too long and MR's bad habits rubbed off on him. Get TH promoted and move him somewhere else. He could use a fresh start and would probably make an ok DM, if he would loosen up a little. I think he is already burnt here. Too many reps dont care for him that much and they put the same ole song and dance on when he is in the car with them. Move him to Memphis in Jennings old spot. Let him and Stovie be workmates.

Who in the fuck comes to Forest to "be a manager some day"? are you kidding me? This is a used car lot, churn and burn, temporary in temporary out. This company is notorious for hiring non exp. losers that were not able to make the cut at real pharma. And you want to talk about aspiring to be a DM here? What a colossal joke that is in itself!!!

Interesting that a former regional director in Nashville does not get the open manager position in Nashville and is forced to drive to Memphis and work as a manger

I guess they just want you to go away

  16. Well, truthfully, MJ has seniority over CS as a manager. You cant count his RD years, because, well really, unsuccessful years do not count.

His downfall was leaving idiots like Matt R in place for as long as he did. If he would have ran off the idiots like him, and hire knowledgeable DMs, he would still have his job. He can thank Matt R for his demotion, or him stepping down, whichever they want to call it.

This whole Tennessee Shakeup is so damn amusing to me.

Matt Reed is a Joke, now he is a joke with a sample bag!!!
