I hope stuttering PS can rescue the OBU...

Let's stop the rude and misogynistic posts. We CONGRATULATE KK on her PROMOTION! Now let's start building our eye franchise to #1 market status! The time is NOW!

First step to re-building OBU is stop co-promote with NBU. 2 of my docs spent so much time complaining that they bring NO value, that we didn't even get to talk about Xiidra. Isn't that what we were hired to do? Sell Xiidra? Just sayin.......

I have no issues with my NBU reps. Just because you have a bad one does not mean we all do.

Over the years, NBU reps have gotten fat and lazy--- get out of OBU!

Clarrissa was twice the leader as kathy... look at every decision Kathy made... we no longer do it. Overlays were going to make such a difference according to Kk until they didn't

Overlays a f*%king up my business!! Stupidest decision ever!

What promotion did she get? Didn't see anything come through as an announcement. Or is it a demotion?

This is a very good point. When an "upper management" promotion occurs, we ALWAYS get an email from Larry or Moe... hmmmm, are you sure it was a promotion Kathy?

Move on! KK was promoted to Corporate and that is that. Now go back to your selling skills:
    Lunch and Learn Guidelines
    • 3 General Tau dishes (moderate heat)
    • 2 Chicken Subs (mayo light)
    • 4 breadstick orders (barbecue sauce)
    • 3 Supreme Pizzas (Dominos only!)
    • Gallon of Sweet Ice Tea
    • Gallon of Diet Pepsi
    • Gallon of Tzau Tea
    • Bring plastic plates, utensils, and plenty of napkins
    • Do not talk during our lunch but you may have one promo piece with product name
    • Box up leftovers for staff and place in refrigerator
    • Sanitize conference table & take out garbage to dumpster
    • Do all this right and receptionist will provide Doctor's signature
    • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! So true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spot On!! I read a report that the "job" of a pharma rep will be gone by 2020. Just like Blockbuster stores, technology and government regs will cause the extinction of this so-called job. Power to patients!!

You might be dumber than the individual from overseas KK hired to write nice stuff about here... I work at corporate and this was no promotion... While we were in a meeting room we were told she was getting a promotion and the individual running the meeting used air quotes and a wink when he said the word "promotion"... we were told to make her feel welcome and important and they would have to wait and see what her job entailed because it was created out of no where... that is the truth... if u believe anything else you need to get off the Shire kool aid and use your own brain once in a while

KK has been in Sales her entire career. She will be on a steep learning curve and challenged to get along with others.

Where did you read this 'report'?
There will always be a need for f2f sales
The job may change, but people will always be essential. Now middle management, VP' s and such will eventually see a decrease. Paper pushing doesn't move products.
What do you mean 'power to the patients'?

This is much more believable than the she did such a great job she needed a promotion... OBU wanted her out so they made up a fake position... kk knows herself this is no promotion
