Did he ever get us out of backorders? Did he ever get our patch device up and running when promised? Did he ever allow any of us to sell the appropriate devices to the CD's and EP's vs. the inferior devices he mandated to ship in place of? Did he ever do anything to stop larger practices from leaving due to reporting delays, no monitors etc etc? They only thing he did ever do was hooking up his bar buddies with attainable numbers and endless inventory for them. He was a JOKE
Pretty much all wrong so let's recap It wasn't his job to get the patch up and running - it was his job to find it and bring it here which he did. You need to look at IT, distribution, exec team and marketing for your blame He never mandated that we ship inferior devices and to be honest we have no inferior devices so stop smoking whatever it is you are. He always fully supported selling the entire portfolio It wasn't his job to keep practices from leaving, that's your job and you probably just suck at it. He was good at the bar, I will give you that but being his friend never resulted in any lower quota or bigger inventory
