The product was delayed until at least June. Run, don't walk away. Several Sanofi Sales Managers and Regeneron direct hires. Several more promising opportunities in Q2 with cutting edge technologies with other companies.

The company lost many tenure reps with two delays and recruiters opened up interviews to more reps good experience and non-ophthalmology experience.
The leaders are clueless Sanofi retreads. The product has had several challenges. No guarantee you will be rolled over if you come over. Too many questions no real upside. Keep looking.
Publicis Touchpoint is doing the hiring, no guarantee you will be rolled over as an Ocular Person. Company will probably fold in 12 months. Too many delays and no real product advantages.
Ophthalmologist said no way he would open his surgery to this option because of the delays and the actual procedure. These candidates have been hand picked. I noticed a rep recruiting in my area and he mentioned he had job and knew manager and leadership recruiting Sanofi reps which is odd when they don't specialize in pain arena. This job would benefit if hire pain reps like nsaid or Tylenol reps in centers.
