How bad were the results? I heard that upper management and middle management do not know how to address the negativity. Opinions were brutally honest. Is that true?

As if it really matters??? We have grown into a big pharma, check the box organization. Reps lie about calls, Mgmt lies about caring. Pharma has turned into one of the highest paying, least accountable, hated by the public jobs I know of other than politics. It's not just us, but it is real.

But are we still the "Best place to work in NJ"? I'm worried White Castle may have passed us!

You think that we are hated NOW? Wait until the public catches wind of our salary/benefit package, and sees an expose of what we do day in, day out !

Our leader told us the results were not great, but never asked what we could do to turn the ship around. What a narcissist. Exactly what is wrong with this company. Blame and take no responsibility.

Medical is cherry picking our "focus groups" At ADA, we had our first. Called to a meeting with no description or background or context. Can you guess what it was about? Topic: Communication!!! Oxymorons!

I hope that this is hyperbole, and really didn't happen. Are we really that much of a walking, talking case study for ineptitude?

Sad but true. I attended that meeting. Cricket sounds at your own focus group. Medical leadership either needs to stop using fear tactics, take accountability, or step down.

Maybe that was the trick at Novartis. Now they brought that contamination and destroyed US Med Aff
