Am amazed he is still there! R&D management at BHR is a real mess. lots of hot air and VERY expensive trials that go nowhere. Its a graveyard and Tom in operations was poor decision

Ascend has become a total nightmare. If you are considering a position at this company, basically any position, run the other direction. The turnover has become almost laughable it is so constant and new hires seem to be setup for failure from the word go.

 

Is it common to be interviewed in person , have a two hour interview that went well by all previous standards or hunches, but then never be contacted one way or the other about if you moved to the next step? The manager specifically said I would be contacted either way.
