JW getting a kick in the rear is the only good news lately. Who didn't see that coming? But he should have been kicked out the door! All of his back room antics should have gotten him that. His inevitable DEMOTION (news flash JW, that's what that's called) was a sure thing after pairing up a pompous egomaniac like JW with the grim reaper micromanager MB. That was a bad potion in the making. All to add to a future at UT that is bleaker by the day. Good Ole boys (and girls) helping each other get promoted with little to no experience managing or selling UT products or people, director and VP promotions leaving everyone scratching their heads, and a morale in the toilet. Sounds like the making of a Big Pharma empire. There was a time when UT was the company to be at and MR told interviewers she cared about her people and their families. What happened MR? Is that not true anymore? Keep turning your back to what is happening and you won't have a single loyal soul at UT. Your dream of finding a cure and taking care of patients will be nothing but that. Pouring all of your faith in people like MB, JW, JF, and AF to make good decisions while you don't watch is a recipe for disaster. Change course or you won't have a company left. You've lost loyalists who cared because you didn't watch their backs, and you will keep losing more. Despite all the talk of good retention and having good talent, it will be a matter of time before the few good people left at UT are all gone and you're left with the fast talkers, leeches and snakes . So terribly sad.
