RS still clueless- latest step toward the end

    just talked to a current sales rep who told me GP was let go by RM. So glad I left this crummy company years ago. Current rep stated GP was the major reason the remaining reps stayed and steered the ship to grow Rick's business over the last three years. Word is most reps are now looking to leave and Rick continues to drink the kook aid RM gives him. Hasn't RM sponged enough over the years? Last comment by this rep to me was "the wrong sales leader was let go"

    Oh great bring back Konsin. That is brilliant. An unemployable womanizing incompetent asshole. That should do it.

    How do you know Konsin is unemployed? I hear he is consulting in the Boston area.

    Because he is sniffing around all his old connections that wouldn't want to be seen with him in a Starbucks.

    Konsin and Murphy are a lot alike as both fool Rick into their lack of leadership. Since GP left we have had zero communication or support from Murphy! Always says he is so busy yet never completes anything! Takes credit for others work though! Terrible communicator

    Let's hope Murphy has as much success as Konsin after RS. I here John and Barb Konson may lose there house. Konsin has not found steady work since since sinking RS. One can only hope.

    RM: A Over-inflated Ego, Overrated Skill Set, Exaggerated Sense of Self-Importance, Lack of Integrity, Lack of Character, Insecure, Insincere, Incompetent, Narcissistic Bully

    RT: Ridiculously ignorant, inept, and/or blind to the RM and JK types he chooses to hire to head RS Med. Prefers to bury his head in the sand and remain completely loyal to people who systematically treat good employees like crap, lose his money, and run his company into the ground. He does realize that RM lost his a** in his last venture, right? All it would take is for him to have a simple conversation with us - his sales force - to recognize who brings us value and who doesn't.

    GP: A Respected, Competent, Genuine, Loyal, Knowledgeable Mentor. A True Leader. Basically all the things RM is not. He did not deserve to go out the way he did, but he is so much better off to be rid of toxic RS Medical. He will be successful wherever he lands...and they will be fortunate to have him.

    Keeps getting worse by the day! HR Manager at RS abruptly leaves, and then this week we get announcement from RM that he has hired a new Sales Supervisor with zero sales leadership experience! What a joke!
    This new "yes man" to RM has nothing to offer my business and I sure won't be bringing RM into one of my good accounts so he can drone on and ruin the business!
    Wake up RT!

    Another pathetic attempt from Barbara Konsin to get John a job. Even she can't stand being around him since he has been unemployed. Or should I say Unemployable. Konsin has been fired from every job he has had and has a record of zero successes. I wonder if Barb wishes she never cheated on her first husband with John.

    HR hired Konson's son and gave him the title of web design bs. All his son did though was smoke hash on his lunch and giggle at videos in his cubicle. When confronted, HR stated that they didn't care because it wasn't a "harsh" drug.

    I worked for this company for over 5 years. I worked overtime when asked, I was a high producer, and I cared about my job. Then suddenly, I watched my manager have an affair with one of her employees. She'd pull this employee in her office for hours with the door closed while they got to know eachother. Rubbed it in everyone's faces. Everyone knew what was going on. It was obvious. When I went straight to the top with social media proof, they ignored me because they were friends with her outside of work. Politics at its finest. This company was a waste of my life. No integrity. No accountability. Hostile work environment. This same manager fired me without cause when she found out I was talking. She now lives with this employee and their children. Pathetic.

    It is no surprise under Konsins watch their was infidelity and drug use. When Barb and John worked at ATL they were cheating on there spouses together. It was so obvious. The Konsins have three kids that all have different parents. It is not the sons fault that John and Barb put themselves before their children.

    JK had some faults but the company was at its pinnacle under his leadership. He raised the bar in all areas and lead with class and smarts. If the product sucks then so be it - don't blame JK - the only chance we have for success is to bring him back! Now!
