Merger failed to do anything but wreck lives and compound the problem. Buying our way out with new products failed. Restructuring failed because the staff were not the problem and we still have the same tired, old execs with the same tired old ideas. No research capability left so each year the pipeline shrinks further. Remaining staff just collecting their pay check hoping to reach retirement. Outsourcing a failure but management is scared to speak up and get canned too. COMET a failure by every measure but it's too late now. An organisation so screwed on every level it's now destined to continue to fail while it circles the drain. Anyone disagree?
Whatever. I'll just keep collecting my check until they're done with me. I barely work anyway as it is...
