I enjoyed training and if you aren't happy you are free to move on. How can you complain when you have not spent one single day in the field selling yet?
We are in the field and I was referring to training being more of a dog and pony show than training. I haven't found anyone who is treating TD and the ones they've previously had were all on Medicaid.
I have found the same to be true. I was speaking with a customer and his body language was saying WTF. He said to me "Do you really think a community mental health psychiatrists are going to use this drug" ? He went on to school me in the fact I knew to be true, public aid would not cover it. It is tough in the urban setting.
What am I doing here? I left Avanir to follow DP, FM and others. This place is a joke. Poorly run. What have I done? I took a lateral move in base...for this? Anybody else feel the same way?
Yes this drug is going to be really tough to sell. I have been working my ass off. I have had a doc say great idea, but who is going to pay for it? Today one provider said , do you understand most of these patients live on the streets, or shelters, with no real address, how are they going to receive the drug?
I guess that anyone that left a job to come here really didn't do their research on TD. All you had to do was talk to psych reps/Drs and see who was paying to treat TD and what drugs cause TD...not rocket science people. Guaranteed the people you followed over will be gone in no time, especially as the Tourette's indication isn't happening anytime soon...woof, woof...look who is on your heels ...lol
