Who thought of this? 7 people really? Prepare to have Bi-weekly ride alongs and seeing your manager more than your significant other. Fuck u Diane, Jim, Keith, and Zak. May you truly rot in hell.

Both of you are fools! Do you really think the intention is to stay at 7 or 8 reps per AM??? This shows how short sighted you are and you're not cut out for sales. Look at the Business model they just reworked... this is a foundation for future growth and FUTURE EXPANSION!!!

If you couldn't see this, do us all a favor and leave this company, YOU ARE DEAD WEIGHT and you are not needed here!

Hmmmm......then the lack of communication is the problem! So, we still end up with poor leadership thanks to those fools. Diane needs to be replaced.

I'm not cut out for sales because I don't want a useless ride along every other week? I'm dead weight also? Sheesh.

Completely changed? I guess you thought it was great back when Steve L. called a rep a "Dick" in front of the entire region and Maneesh got wasted in Tucson and presented himself like a complete loser. The culture has been appaling since Day 1 when they had that bat shit crazy sales trainer running the show. Gross.

That's funny shit right there. Maneesh was plastered. I think he pissed himself that night!

I disagree that the culture has changed - it's still ridiculous as ever! So much time is wasted on non-sales Activities, I don't understand why you waste our valuable time with ridiculous tasks. Maybe some of these activities would be good for new hires to get their focus right, but for seasoned sales reps it's a waste. (For example, the journey.. my journey is to get PAID, period).
