If management is so concerned they should start looking at our AM and RM expenses reports. Also how is it possible Lincare pays for them to have their own office every month when they never step foot into those offices for weeks at a time???

 

How about cutting the quarterly bonuses for Regional and Area managers!!!

 

How about sending the AM in Southern WI down the road. She has run off dozens of good employees over the years. How many times must HR b contacted before they finally take action?????!!!!

 

How about looking into the expense reports of the Minneapolis mn am. Wow she is hot but yes she is expensive. Yeah it may be a fun ride but yes those that want that fun will pay dearly.

 

It is frightening how unqualified Lincare Area Managers are to even run a Taco Bell.
