Leadership is strange....no real direction, going from a fast growing company to just another cmo...

Stock is worthless...expecting a reverse split next year...I wonder how much...

So many people leaving now...as it appears...un-natural attrition has been working...maybe a layoff will also be
    in place on July 7th..

    :p

Yes, but only a hand full of people that actually are leaving. It is sad.

8-9-17 = 61 employees laid off, but previously they hired two more people to the board of directors and now looking for a dedicated president to run the CMO part AVID... NO shit they need help with leadership.

might help if they get rid of the beer keg and beer sprout in the break room...
    just saying.

too many chiefs, and Board of directors making too much money!

    AVG Board Member compensation (?)

    ELi Lilly . 268,000
    Merck 289,000
    J & J . 291,000
    Abbvie . 300,000
    Pfizer . 357,000
    Peregrine . 518,00

I mean really, a small CMO paying more to its Board members then a large Pharmaceuticals??

    Doesn't make sense.

Did I mention too many managers in the company too.

oh and btw the indians are not a problem, they got laid off ;-)

Stock is at 3.47 but if you re-reverse split the stock (dived by 7) the real value is .49 cents per share

if you compare it to last year .56 cents on 5/18/2017.... doesn't seem like much value...

just using basic numbers and math....

Maybe next time Avid bio will offer a reverse split of 13 to 1..

    how is this progress?
