It is a fact that GSK has had to pay literally billions in fines for off label marketing and other crimes(google China fiasco) so it only makes sense that there is monitoring of this site. Oh and let's not forget Supreme Court case of overtime for reps. So there are reasons for corporate to monitor and try to shut down this site. Sadly they should read posts and try to understand frustrations of the hardworking reps who keep the market share going. Unforyinately I honestly don't think they care. They should axe 3/4 of the reps and go with their online marketing plan. I will enjoy watching market share plummet and the lemmings in management who won't speak up will get the axe. Who knows what will happen but it is obvious that sales reps don't matter to a GSK.

GSK has been extremely fortunate as history would have it, that we have had such great products. As such, GSK could get away with not being the sharpest knife in the drawer and having such a cavalier attitude towards its reps. But things are going to change as competition in this market place heats up with the addition of generics. GSK will rue the day that they treated their reps with such disrespect, GSK has already lost much good talent and that will only continue with the design of these new territories. It will come back to bite them in the ass! Just watch!

Wouldn't it be nice if every company had an anonymous site for fired employees to vent ? It is so very obvious that sub-par fired GSK employees with poor people-sales skills come here to complain. So sad.

You might want to be nice to him, Captain Cornhole. You will be wanting him to leave a nice tip in your tip jar once you take on that job at Starbucks once you get kicked out of GSK.

Let's see, morale is at the lowest I have ever seen and we will be launching a new product in the near term? Has management got its head up its ass or what? Management if ever you have listened to the field, correct this debacle before we muck up another product launch! Whomever or whatever designed these territories should be tarred and feathered! You have created a windshield driving time nightmare for most of rural America, not to mention totally disrupting rep/physician relationships everywhere!

They want people to quit so they don't have to pay for packages when Advair goes generic. No one could be this dumb to design these kind of territories. They don't think reps matter- they are planning huge change in marketing to eventually make us obsolete. They think providers are going to want to get emails and watch videos of details. They think providers will google info about our drugs and watch programs online without food!! Haha

Sorry to hear that you are not happy. Please tender your resignation and we will find someone who actually wants to work for a living and not another silly crybaby.

Remember that these whiners are millennials who have never worked for anything. Their parents gave them everything they wanted.

Or the older rep who has his company car parked in the driveway while posting this comment, and thinks they are some how going to blame millennials for lack of work ethic.

Older reps are smart. They all have garages Sparky.
