  1. I have an interview and would like the scoop on Mylan. Future? Average pay for experienced rep? Work culture?

Run away. Horrible company to work for. Screaming and swearing at employees is the normal culture. Doing things fast vs unrealistic arbritrary deadlines is valued over quality and safety. Lots of outdated thinking and practices will rule your day and frustrate you if you've been around the industry and know good practices. Layoffs, budget cuts and hiring freezes are in play so plan to have to do 3 peoples' jobs for whatever they offer you and get used to the legacy problem leaders firing the talented people to maintain the mediocrity. Company needs a complete leadership reboot.

Don't pay any mind to the swearing at meetings. Those with sensitive, snowflake feelings were the only ones offended. One could only hope their leaders shared the same frustrations as they do.

A cesspool of affairs. Most of the couples there 'found' each other through affairs.

Have all day in Pa too, any sincere feedback on what to expect? Usually have just a one on one with RSD at this point but was told this is a whole day interview process. Thanks.

Move on. This organization is led by liars and staffed with sheep, with very few exceptions. Anyone that can defend the Epipen fiasco and the CEO's embarrassing justifications is obviously drinking the cool aid in excess.

I'm not sure if management is afraid to make decisions, or just plain lazy. Pass the buck. Good luck trying to get answers or anything done in a timely and efficient manner.

It's no different than at any other company. At the moment, there is a lot of bad PR about Mylan. Epipen response was a disaster. As it is with any company, the manager is the difference maker. Some drink Kool-Aid. Some tell you how it is. I will say this, there are claims of an open door policy and a willingness to listen. This is so caught up in a bureaucracy of a flowchart, it's difficult to believe. You MUST have tough skin to work here because the smart and intuitive difference makers aren't rewarded. The lucky are rewarded. This doesn't mean you will not be one of the lucky from time to time. I am lucky sometimes. Others, I am smart and intuitive. I see both sides. But I am always in the top 25% of the sales force. You will see there is a great mantra preached. It is not universally followed at all levels.

Rainbows and lollipops of a company. Every day working in such a great Dutch Company will give you such great purpose and you will feel so wonderfully working for this DUTCH company. Take any offer and even take less because working for such great examples of leadership and intelligence like the articulate and highly intelligent Heather Manchin Bresch and Ravi and Coury. These are great great great Leaders of our world. Study them and be just like them. Working there would be such a dream and human honor of humanity!!!!!!!!!!
