Word is that anyone that did not meet the bullshit goals are automatically assigned ratings of 'below expectIons' per RBL in East. No exceptions...and given that most reps are below 80 percent of goal all have a target on their back now.

We are at the mercy of seriously unethical sunsabitches even with Kappy now adrift....

If your a rep, jump ship fast. If your a manager better hope you have a golden parachute like Kappy or hope your nose to sphincter skills are top tier.

Yes, they will be using these mid-year ratings to both manage people out and prepare the list for the next layoff round.

Sanofi did this 9 grid fuck job for 5 straight years . Many good reps were screwed over by this process. This made all layoffs easy as this was the grid that AZ Associates worked off of with HR blessings on how many reps to massacred. This company is unreal on how they treat employees.

We suffer because we take things to be real, and we suffer in direct proportion to how solid we make the contents of our mind.

Nothing is ever real with Sanofi - it's all smoke and mirrors and the revolving door of corporate lackeys coming and going and leaving carnage. We're left to clean up the mess. Kaplan was by far the worst. That says a lot with all the worthless fucks that were here before him.

Why go through the charade of having ratings if Sanofi has already decided how many they want to terminate? Unless an employee is in a protected class or has a special written contract, nobody is entitled to continued employment as we are all "employed at will". Neither ZS Associates or HR need an excuse to fire somebody; they can legally come in some Monday morning, tell everyone to count off by threes, and terminate all the "2"s on the spot with no further explanation needed. So why go through all the non-sense if it doesn't really matter in the end?
