indeed. they were contract employees a few years ago and all of sudden they are senior people. Bad decision by KE , she had her blinders on. GH is like the panhander you get when you get off cruise boat. Customers see through these idiots ineptitude and work off their tbms relationships. Upper mnmt would be appalled if there was a 360 feedback survey by customers. PLease get some real Rams that know how to submit a claim, do an audit, review policies proficiently. Why do we waste our money on them when next steps does their work for them. They do not not even know when policies have changed. Offices have to tell them. Pathetic.
