Quick question? Have you all ever seen so much turnover and negativity in the sales force during a launch? What do you think the main reason is?

    - Military style top down leadership and micromanagement?
    - No bonuses for over 2/3 of sales force at a launch?
    - Worst car plan in the industry?
    - Stock still underwater after a drug approval and positive diabetes data?
    - ICD-10 haircuts ensuring no one gets paid?

Forget it, I just answered my own question. I am out with the other 30% that quit already. Worst place in the industry, enough said.

Totally agree. What a great meeting though. Awesome 7am start times and 20 hour work days, dinner on the last night felt like a painful dinner program with a limited menu with half my team that quit already, then had to wake up to detail a stupid X-Box and then redundant detailing for 2 hours. Was awesome to see the hotel lobby and ballrooms, but could have had this in NJ and no one would have known any better. I would expect a mass exodus after this meeting for sure. I am out too! Peace!!

Holy turnover Batman!! Now my RBL freakin' quit during the launch!! Never seen so many reps, nurses, MSLs, and now my RBL bail 4 months into a launch!! Guess that is what happens when the goals are ridiculous and 3/4 of the sales force not getting paid? Bye Felicia!!

Stock price will go up when the company finally shares earnings. Don't think we are still underwater after TE approval and positive diabetes data. Have faith.

If earnings are good and only a few folks are over 100% of goal, somebody is going to have some serious explaining to do to us in the sales force, as if we are not all looking to get the heck out of this big pharma nightmare already. AZ recruiter called me today and said "what the heck is going on with Lexicon? I have so many resumes from them?" Couldn't stop laughing and couldn't tell them where to begin..........

How are people getting jobs after only working here since launch? I can't get a call on my resume. I wish I could find something new but don't know what to say.

If you didnt start looking for a job yet get resume done noW. Rbl line of shit ain’t working that Alex would save the day. Too bad dude has zero sales experience. He’s got his subpar fan club who hire consultants all of who were sent to pasture from pharma.
