Way too many managers in our headcount. Unnecessary field rides to "take up time" so they can justify their jobs. 10 DBMS on every virtual training course, so they can "oversee" field trainers doing their jobs and making sure their reps are up to par. Get rid of half of managers and let us do our jobs!

I agree there are far too many managers required to meet set standards of field time requirements. Problem is the normal rep only works 4 hours a day with no accountability DRI my ass.

WHY DO YOU THINK JOKE MADE A VISIT???
He is connected and is in the know. He knows the sentiments here on CF. Exec committee make it a point of keeping in touch with reality here on CF.
JOKE is a class guy and knows the truth now about Rochester. hes a smart guy and can see through all the BS. The big guy will no longer be protected . big mistake by Lisa to allign herself w/ the likes of him.
Matter of fact, heard that the truck may be pulled.

The guy in eastern South Carolina takes the award for being worst manager. Not even an argument. Name rhymes with Beth Hoss. Total nitwit. First letter a J next letter a M. Claims he ran the training department at Pfizer.

Apparently there is room for a tie. One in Knoxville gets the nod from his district. Several reps have left recently. Not a good sign.

Holy Smokes. I was in Dallas with that SC manager. At the launch. Watching anyone and everyone trying to get away from him was almost pathetic.

If you are referring to snitch Bachman you are correct. Only the reps that are dirty stay. He was just paid by a rep for a job in oak ridge. Rush job right past management. Rep was bragging about it

Don't know which is worse, the Medical Affairs EDs or FDs... seriously we don't need both. Eliminate a layer, improve strategy and functionality, and bring simplicity.

Good thing he's the one that only has five reps to "manage" rest of the time he's getting jacked up in the gym so he can strut his little bag man body around looking for someone to notice him.
