I heard they are going back to distributors with some W2 rep coverage. Is anyone seeing this product? It just has not been anywhere in my area yet.

Nuvectra seems to use both W2 and distributor reps around the country. Supposed to have the best battery capacity but don't know much else about what they claim as their biggest benefit besides that

New reps are screwed with low salary and guarantee is gone at 6 months. Support rep spots are not filled so what do you expect to happen? This is a poorly managed company at the field level. HR needs to get involved before the house of cards built in the field caves in on itself. Morale in the field stinks and will hurt sales.

Who's taking the over/under on Nevro reporting $80 million in Q2?

Putting that # into perspective, consider the date they launched. Then consider the amount of business they've taken from MDT, Bos and us. Pretty scary actually. Looks like data don't lie! Outcomes and Clinical Data trumps whatever short term mgmt. issues they might have.

Most of Nevro's challenges are self-imposed. When they get that shit figured out, the rest of you fools are in big trouble.

Great therapy, horseshit culture that treats people like widget producers, not humans. For some, that is fine as long as they make a healthy living. For others, not so much

Agreed. Culture and infrastructure problem. Products and pipeline are on point

I couldn't agree more. He is the ultimate humanitarian, and always puts people before profit...especially the employees of Nevro. No matter the situation, you can head out into the field knowing that Rami has your back!
