    Then educate me.

Simple question: what are you planning to sue them for?

The Final 2 candidates are always who the manager wants and the worst candidate...

Forbes magazine has at least to articles addressing the issue of walking out of an interview. Ten years ago it was considered unprofessional, but now it's seen as being time effiecient. In one article they wrote about how important it is to walk out of an interview or leave the process when you are able to clearly see that they are not interested but want to keep you in order to have enough candidates to suffice for HR requirements. This is usually a guy feel and your instincts are usually correct. Don't waste your time. They mentioned that when you see this in the interview politely state that you appreciate their time and giving you the opportunity, however I don't think that this will be a good fit for either of us. This is not rude. It is actually deemed appropriate by very high level executives.
Bottom line... Keep it moving and don't waste your time because that will happen if you allow it.

Great post. Thank you for sharing.

YOUNG PEOPLE need to read this over and over and over....so they will maintain their sanity in this corrupt process.

Also, be sure to ask a lot of questions on the phone, to get a better idea about the opportunity, because you can save a lot of time on the back end having to fly to these NOVO and other company RIGGED interviews.

This whole thread makes me laugh. "I didn't get the job I wanted, so it must be rigged, and I'm going to sue." It's impossible for you shits to even fathom that perhaps someone else is simply better qualified for the job than you are. But, I'm sure I'm the crazy person. It's a big conspiracy to hold you down, right?

The laugh is on all of you.

    1. NOVO sucks. Why do you even want to work for a terrible company like this?

    2. Of course the interviews are rigged. Surprised these companies have not been sued for this more often.

    3. You can make more money with less BS at so many other jobs than stupid pharmaceutical sales.

% correct. Problem is you will never know how rewarding it can be, if you never have the nerve to jump. Baby birds would never fly if they weren't pushed out of the nest.

    1. I already work here. It's you who WANTS to work here and apparently can't get a job.

    2. Sued for what? Making you unhappy?

    3. Then go make all that sweet money and quit being an NNI CP groupie. You're on OUR site, not the other way around.

I'm starting to see why you didn't get that job you wanted so badly. But, that interview was rigged, right? :)

The nest is comfortable and I continue to be fed. Therefore I'll have to be pushed out.

Yes! More drinking Kool Aid references. Great job.

And, our company is apparently so terrible that you feel the need to monitor our message boards, post responses, and complain about the job you didn't get (don't forget - you're ready to sue for....for...for whatever). But, this place is terrible, right?

Yes, it's not even remotely possible that you didn't get the job because you weren't good enough.
