I am not sure what you are smoking but she is not bad at all. I have worked for her the last few years and she's great. Cares about her team succeeding and will do whatever is required to help. If you don't like working, she may have a problem with that but what manager wouldn't!!!

 

EVERY manager! There are no exceptions at Pfizer.

 

Management overall is basically firm but fair. If you are in top percentile like me, then you have no problems. "Captain" Sam Caruso ( from Amgen ) turned out to be a great asset to us in BIO launches. Need more like him to jump onboard.
