I want to thank Sheryl for helping to spread the news about the webinar.

It absolutely showed me the error in my ways.
What i realized is that i might have been rude or possibly dare I say lacked civility in the workplace.

People do need to be civil and kind to each other.

What the webinar didnt teach is real life. As someone else wrote "The Assholes" In the workplace.

So let me say, and say it loud!

GO FUCK YOURSELF!!!
Get rid of the poison in this organization.
Then and only then can you have "Civility in the work place"
