DOJ calling Reps about our co-pay cards

Got a call last week from a DOJ investigator about our co-pay cards being illegally used...specifically Savaysa being run as cash for Medicare D patients at shady pharmacies. Heard about another rep getting a call too. Anyone else out there? I told him I had no idea what he was inquiring about and to call my DM who probably does...

 

Damn...how do you think we get Savaysa scripts????

I got a call and they left a voicemail this week.....I'm in one of those affected areas too.

 

I'm sure our compliance dept is freaking out since we already have a CIA. Good times at DSI. It seems the sky is falling and the black cloud is here to stay after Benicar LOE. Add the $300mil Benicar settlement too. What a great place to be for the next round of layoffs!
