Rohan has ruined the company and is leaving Avanir in pieces. Who will pick up the pieces?

 

No one can pick up the pieces. No good leaders. HR a nightmare led by Beth the queen of meanness and incompetence. Otsuka should clean house starting with these so called leaders. All corrupt unethical people

 

And at least half the sales force has
Been put on a PIP at one time or
another, no wonder so much rep
turnover. Onzetra impossible to
sell, insurance coverage terrible.
Half the sales force making 0 bonus.
ALL upper management new in the last
5 months. And people wonder why
sales are down and reps demoralized.

 

Now you're just making sh** up-- not true and not possible. Very unlikely to go on a PIP just because of low performance with one product. Get a life and stop spreading lies and conspiracy theories.

The entire HQ is over run with dopes with no business acumen, or common sense... How stupid is the person that sent out an email announcing that the home office will be closing at 2:00 p.m. on July 3rd so as to give employees a jump on the Independence Day holiday.... Yet, they go on to say, field sales, if you want time off, use floaters or vacation. They have no idea how what they do can be perceived, and whether or not it may send the wrong message.

 

The field sales force pays their salaries yet the field sales force is treated like garbage by everyone in the Home office and it all comes down from the top.

Every single person in the home office and all managers treat the field sales force like garbage and I'm sick of it

I'm tired of the management threats about not hitting our numbers and the management harassing the reps that are paying everyone's salaries

The turnover rate at this company is out of control

 

So much whining on this website. Are you guys really upset about that email? We all know nobody in the field worked past 2pm on july 3rd... most of you probably neve work past 2pm, hence your numbers, hence why you're on here complaining. Get over it and go work.

Avanir needs to clean out the swamp of HR idiots and managers

 

But didn't we get an email saying the company was shutting down at 2:00. Sales is part of the company Right

 

Ok! We get it. You don't like BM in HR! She's gone..there! Now for the real cleaning house; these dumb managers. We got a few covering multiple geographies, since so much firings goings on. We get to see what the other mgrs are like. First, can you say inexperienced? Second, can you say "Is this the best you got?"
Losers. Now I know why couldn't get mgr experience at other companies.

 

BM and KP came in here to create their careers any way they could. Whatever it took, that was what they did. But they let it get to their heads, they began to believe they could do whatever they wanted and got too cocky. They faked it until they made it and now it's margin call baby. B I N G O
