    Resigned or fired??? I bet it wasn't his choice. Seems like anyone that had any sort of allegiance to Greco is getting the boot. Out with the old...in with the new. Totally different company.

    A simpler thing to understand is the dysfunction going on at the top. Ron is your big pharma guy, and he hadn't a clue about the impact of turning a Specialty sales force into a Specialty/PCP sales team.
    Money and time is being wasted trying to access these large Primaty group practices, and the stream of people leaving is testament to the changing of the guard. Hey Ron, dome people came here to get away from primary care! If we are so concerned about accessing the PCPs, wouldn't it make sense to contract with someone else already calling on them, and get access that way?? There is other untapped business in other specialties.

    Hell, I'm a grunt and I can figure it out! Let's hope we figure itnout beforr all of the true Specialty reps leave!!

    What with all the job postings. Is there an expansion? New product launch? Is there a cap on base pay? What's target bonus?

    Highest I heard is 115k. Avg is about 95. Not the worst especially with higher comp plan this year. It all depends on which manager you have. Could be the best or the worst job depending.

    Disregard the A hole response, I am looking into a position here and was told now 36 thousand, 9 per quarter at 100 percent, 0 if you are below 85 percent to goal.

    Not quite sure who you are referring to. Sounds like you were treated badly. Let me tell you something. There are more snakes in this business than you think. Many pose as people they arent, namely your friend. They will hurt anyone and anything to claw their way up. Remorse is not in their wheel house. Don't look back. They will get theirs one day.

    Most unprofessional company ever. They treat their employees horribly and have no idea how to run a company. Don't waste your talent here.. it will be a mistake on your resume.

    at depomed, you're faced with the weird reality of selling great products for a company with the worst culture in the industry. I've been in the industry a long time (very successful) and can 100 percent say that the culture at depomed is bottom of the barrel. No employee raises, 401k match is laughable, contests are so confusing you don't know if you've won or lost until they announce the winners, and no employee allegiance. You are just a number here.
