Heard DP was a complete phony train wreck at previous company. Her BFF w corrupt VP that brought her over. This is exactly how you get BAD leaders in high positions. Nothing earned Shit! I wish I did more homework before joining this DISASTER!!!
The best part of your statement is the fact that she is better than the other director that was being planned out at her previous company for epic failure. Same for many of the managers as well, they failed at Amylin, failed at Avanir, failed at Cephalon, and many failed miserably at Acadia. Our mess will not get any better with all of these people failing again. History repeats itself.
DAMN!! That is a ton of information and if even half true, very scary to think about as we already struggle to move this product/company.
I have never worked for a company that tells you to clean up your territory then builds baselines off the old information, but does not re run the baselines after the changes. Has this company always been like this? Thinking I made a big mistake coming to this organization.
This jobs sucks!!! Can't believe I came over here. My manager is smoke and mirrors. Supposedly a great rep until you find out all the bs he was doing in the territory to be successful and you can't replicate the success as a manager. Literally all about collecting checks! I screwed up big time coming here!
And that should concern you because they all did illegal things at Avanir and brought the same mentality here. Won’t be long before they trigger a DOJ investigation here.
