From what I heard a lot of reps have left recently. The company is waiting on FDA approval for a new product. However, if you can get in with a guarantee of a year or so...wait it out.
The Impella is great technology and is what keeps reps and clinicals at Abiomed. The culture has to be among the worst in med device. Sales VP does not lead but rather intimidates and bullies. Field personnel are too scared to speak up, let alone post anything here for fear of retribution. TRUTH!
