Worst company I have ever worked for. Very evident it's run by the fat that was trimmed by other larger companies (primarily Merck). Senior management constantly making puzzling decisions, and suggestions from the field fall on deaf ears. I don't expect to this company to be afloat much longer, and neither do most of the reps.

Did someone not get a job offer? This company is getting it right and the opposite of big pharma. The upside here is insane, and i'm actually enjoying this industry again.

You need to quit drinking the micromanaging, controlling how many samples can be left, weekly conference calling coolaid that you are drinking. If and I mean if we are offered a chance to rollover into this sham of a company we need to run and ask Inventiv to find us something else. They should have listened to what the Takeda reps said and called on those prescribers they were calling on.

You're paid on dirt call on whoever will move the numbers. You don't need your managers permission to call on an office and sell a product. Guess some people in this industry really do belong in a bloated pod delivering 30 sec ads on repeat. At least in that scenario you can blame your bad numbers on having bad targets.

Our manager does not see it that way. Trust me. We have pushed back but that is met with lectures about the corporate structure.
There has been and will continue to be a mass exodus. It's a shame because it's a decent drug to sell.

The issue is the higher of an incompetent fool like Beth E. She is mentally unstable that worked at Merck than Purdue Pharma. She Got fired at Purdue. Had drinking issues I heard or was sleeping with a rep.
    Beware!
