As someone who has been in this industry for a while, let me give you a piece of advice. I have seen this before, and lawsuits will just waste your money. All the lab will do is shut down with current assets going to stock holders whom magically will have leins on there own company. That way if you win and it goes to collections, you get nothing.

Personal suits never work, as corporations are separate entities, and nost contracts are between distribution companies and c corps.

Just trying to save you some money. One a side note, you may want to consider another profession med sales is dead across the board. The good ole days are gone and never coming back.

I have always been paid from these guys. I don't think it is an issue of them paying in adjudicated tests, it is the fact that ALOT of insurance companies don't pay for genetic testing anymore. Suing them for non adjudicated tests is stupid and a waste of time.

You are CRAZY if you think laboratory sales is dead or even headed in that direction. I bet you are just hoping to drive others out to leave more for yourself. The future is rosy for laboratory testing compared to anything else I have seen on the market.

While the powers that be could chop off compounding it was only because they had an alternative which was having people back on their opioids. Doctors depend upon diagnostic testing AND in fact it is cost saving because without it people would by dying at a much faster rate. Testing hlps spot problems long before they reach the point that the patient is beyond help or even worse for the insurance carrier that they reach a point where they live a long time but need tons of long term medical care.

Sure the insurance carriers can lower the reimbursment HOWEVER you are not fighting big pharma AND you have two powerful and large companies like Quest and LabCorp who can lobby with the big guys. Don't you think that they will pressure congress saying that they are killing peoiple because the labs can't stay in business with prioces too low.

Big Pharma wanted to pressure the compounding pharmacies out of business because they saw them as a threat for their business. Without laboratory testing many patients would not get their medication so Big Pharma is not about to even think of trying to stop spending on laboratory testing.

You must be one of the owners because I know of very few people who have been paid by these crooks. Sure getting reimbursed is not as easy as getting paid on standard blood work is but generally is not that hard. If the doctor is not trying to submit everyone and being a little selective then the insurance will often cover the testing as long as they meet certain guidelines. The problem is Vantari is making it their stadard way of doing business of cheating reps out of their commission. Sue Sue Sue Sue!!!

Definitely not an owner. I do hope you win, but nothing is getting adjudicated properly now days. Also, is it true that they are paying docs through ownership? Or is that just a rumor?

Well, I have a completely different take on this whole thing. I am a patient who is in pain management and I receive a lot of medical care thru several different doctors. I have received a SECOND NOTICE from my insurance company regarding vantari genetics and I have a few things to say.

First, I believe this "company" is a COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM and here is why.
The first notice I got was from May. The claim, with its OWN CLAIM NUMBER, was received dated 5-4-17, and processed 5-5-17 by my insurance for "laboratory services" (supposedly for 2 different "services", both on The same day, 4-17-17) I supposedly received or at least knew about, WHICH I DID NOT AND FOR WHAT I HAVE NO IDEA, and they billed two different amounts of 317.00 and 1328.24 for a grand total of $1645.24. Under a particular patient account number. Of course my insurance denied this claim immediately. I have never seen a bill or letter with letter head from vantari genetics nor have I ever been contacted by ANYONE who claims to work for them.

The SECOND NOTICE I received a week ago or so (it is 9-20-17 today as I write this), has an EARLIER CLAIM NUMBER RECEIVED BY MY INSURANCE DATED 2-28-17 AND PROCESSED 9-7-17...........WITH A DIFFERENT PATIENT ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR THE EXACT SAME "LABORATORY SERVICES" ON 2-13-17 (IN WHICH I AGAIN DID NOT KNOW ABOUT OR AGREE TO AND STILL HAVE NO FUCKING CLUE WHAT FOR) FOR THE EXACT SAME 2 AMOUNTS OF 317.00 AND 1328.24 FOR A WHOPPING GRAND TOTAL OF $1645.24.

NOW, you would THINK that a legitimate company that bills my insurance not once, BUT TWICE, for the EXACT SAME THING, and claims that They provided "services" on 2 different occasions for THE SAME THING, and as far as i can deduce that they would claim that I owe them for both "services" dates for an even bigger total of $3290.48, would send me a bill or a letter and ask for money. Or turn me into collections or something, ANYTHING!!!!!!!! IT'S ALL BULLSHIT!!!!!!! NO LEGITIMATE COMPANY WOULD BILL MY INSURANCE AND THEN NOT BILL ME WHEN MY INSURANCE FAILED TO PAY!!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?????????????? SERIOUSLY????????

In my 41 years on the face of this planet have I seen something so BLATANT AND OBVIOUS that I scream out to no one (except my son, who is In the house and can hear me but in a different part) "WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS SCAM BULLSHIT?????"
I am calling my insurance and getting some answers from them about what they know, informing them about what I have seen here and learned online about vantari, and maybe even possibly even getting my own LAWYER and seeing what options I have and what I might be able to do legally to them for using my information and insurance company for the purposes of FRAUD!!!!!!!! AND I REALLY HOPE SOMEONE FROM VANTARI READS THIS AND SEES THIS POST. ANYONE WHO WANTS TO KNOW MORE OR WHO HAS ANY ADDITION INFORMATION REGARDING POSSIBLE FRAUD AGAINST AND/OR ABOUT VANTARI, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL ME AT 801-866-5417. MORE THAN LIKELY I MIGHT NOT ANSWER RIGHT AWAY, BUT YOU CAN LEAVE ME A VOICEMAIL OR TEXT AND I WILL GET BACK TO YOU BECAUSE SOMETHING OBVIOUSLY NEEDS TO HAPPEN AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE TO THESE IDIOTS AND PEOPLE LIKE THEM SO THAT THIS KIND OF SHIT STOPS!!!!!!!!

Wait, so they billed your insurance company, and your insurance company won't cover it, and you are complaining because you didn't get a bill?

This is another but t hurt sales rep that is trolling the board again. The field is dead, stop complaining and find another job like everyone else is doing.

A drug rep just went by my friends medical office offering Vantari and prescription topical creams at an extremely low price. As a compounding pharmacist who does good and means good, this is infuriating. Thank you all for posting on this web. I will alert her owner/doctor to this scam. PS: Thank you to all the drug reps/doctors representing "medical equipment/services" and compounds to out of state patients and raping their insurance. Now insurance hates us all and compounding reputation must rebuild. Grrr.

Vantari definitely are scammers. They move state to state. They embezzle money to avoid negotiation Medicare and other payments from insurance companies. They bill people when the insurance companies do not pay them and they lay people off for no reason when they catch on to their scam and realize they keep hidden bank accounts. Left tons of people without jobs and lied to everyone straight to their faces. Always a high turnaround because they have to keep lying and if you don't join the lies and become shady as well, you're out!
